Hi pal,yes injector leak back was checked by garage,2 injectors changed and other 2 removed and checked and compression test but still wont start.Is the camshaft sensor a red herring with these symptoms.Thanks for reply mate

Thanks for the reply mate,i have fitted a new battery and the engine turns over no probs. The landy specialist said the glow plugs wont come on or need to because it only needs the heat when temp is low. ?

Engine turns over no probs and once running I travelled 50 mile round trip without any misfire or smoke but still wont start hot or cold landy specialist said he cant find anything on fuel system. If air in system why only prob on start up ?

yes mate the relay feels like it is switchin

Its difficult to tell at the moment,I'm workin on it on my lonesome, you know how it is the wife has bogged of out as soon as I started playing with the car

Hello lads,cant feel any vibration on the pump,swapped the relays around again and checked fuses,disconnected pump under back seat put voltage tester on it and not gettin any power to it.AAAARRRGG:confused:

Have checked the swith that seemed ok,if the relay is the one in the engine compartment on the right hand side next to fuses I swapped it with the one next to it but no difference

Checked the fuse that was ok, so checked supply to pump and found that I aint gettin any ?:(

Help ! Driving home today and my Freelander lost power,the engine management light came on,then cut out and wont start.Anyone any ideas.The car turns over but just wont start.Does it sound like big bucks to fix ?:(
