Thanks, on the EGR bypass kit there was a thin rod welded to it to put the vaccum pipe on, so thats where I put it. Still sounds like Donald though!!!:mooning:

Yes I still have the original Bosch MAF. Is it much of a job to put a Pierburg MAF on? To be honest my wife drives the FL every day and I'm surprised she said she noticed a difference!!!! Should there have been quite a considerable difference to the performance? It was much nicer to drive in...

I have just fitted a synergy2 to my 55 freelander. Can anyone tell me the best place to put the box under the bonnet and where is the best place to go through the bulk head for the internal switch???

Hi. I have just fitted a synergy2 and egr bypass to my 55 freelander td4. Much improved. Has anyone else fitted one with the internal 3 way switch? If so where did you put the synergy unit and where do you go through the bulkhead to get the switch inside?
