Hi Dead_Landy, have you sorted the crank start issue on your 1.8 Freelander and if so what was the cause? I’ve got an identical crank but nil start issue in my 2000 1.8 FL1.

Hi Alibro, yes inertia switch is was checked and ruled out. No I haven’t done that, measuring the voltage as the key is turned to crank - I’ll do that and report back what the status of the feed wire to the fuel pump is at that point.
