Can anyone tell me what this is?

I'm not sure what you mean. I can see the part that's labelled as '4' on the diagram, but it looks nothing like the part I'm after.

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Can anyone tell me the name or part number of the really horrible rusty thing sitting above my shiny new window regulator? I wanna make sure I get the right thing!

    Letting go... and I'm devastated

Sadly, I have to let my Ninety go  I'm starting a new job which involves travelling, so it will be making way for something a little more motorway friendly. More than likely a Discovery. If anybody's interested, follow the link... eBay.co.uk: 1985 LAND ROVER NINETY - Very tidy, off road...

    First Car, First Landy?

Shame about the 2 year licence thing. It still might be worth looking for classic car insurance though. I don't think they all need the two year thing, and it works out much cheaper if you can get it. Good luck anyway! :-)

    First Car, First Landy?

If you're getting a Defender, get classic car insurance. You've over 21 so you're eligible. All the cover is the same, you don't have to limit your milage too much (if at all), and the cover's really good. I'm 23 and I pay just over £400 a year fully comp for my defender using NO...

PLEASE HELP!! Vandals on the loose

Please can anyone help me??? I'm being picked on and I don't know why! Last week someone smashed the drivers side wing mirror on my Landy. I'm not talking just the glass either, I'm talking the entire mirror assembly. It was very definitely on purpose 'cos it was parked up on the curb...

    Help valentines crisis!

It's difficult to tell exactly without actually being there. Do you have a picture of the black connector with the six holes? The thick black one you've highlighted is the aerial. The white/cream block in the picture is not one I'm familiar with to be honest. The black one that didn't...

    New Wheels

Cheers Grunt, I've blurred my plates as suggested. They're Bronco Grizzly Claws. I've heard some mixed reports on these, but I figured they were worth a pop seeing as I got them cheap. Not sure on the pressures yet. Any suggestions? They're 235/85.16's

    Help valentines crisis!

I reckon there are some bargains to be had on ebay if you know what you're looking for. I've bought a few CD players off there and they've been ok. There was one though that had some dodgy wiring and if I'd tried to install it straight away it would have blown up! So you've gotta be careful. As...

    Help valentines crisis!

Hiya fella. I work down at Halfords on the audio bit. The wiring adaptor you need is an Autoleads PC2-14-4 if it's the standard Landrover wiring. Chances are a Landrover of 1986 vintage will have been butchered before now. I know mine was... Follow this link...

Ninety owning Yorkshire lad - Howdy

So true, so true. Yorkshire is gods own garden. Admittedly, Barnsley is the outside loo at the bottom of it, but it's ok living here. It's not all bad! We're on the doorstep to some awesome countryside that would make these unsavoury southern types jealous ;) Regarde.... Sure, Cornwall...
