Thanks RichardJG, mine unfortunately does'nt have heated seats as standard. But after reading a thread posted by KZYCNN in Nov' 95 where he stated that some Discoveries had the heating elements pre fitted but not wired up (just requiring the switches, relay and new panel) i was rather hoping...

Hi all, does anybody know how to tell if a seat has already been fitted with heating pads without having to remove and strip it (vehicle is a Discovery GS--53 plate). Theres plenty of wiring under the seats and one loom (thinnish wires inside a yellow cover seems to disappear into the seat base...
