There's only one Adaptive Values Reset in Nanocom for either GEMS or Thor. (Can't remember which you have) No option to reset MAF, O2, etc separately because the ECU learns using all of the sensors together. Have you also checked the O2 sensors are switching properly ? Also check for air...

Outside handle attaches to green clip. Inside handle attaches to the lever circled in blue. Both of them operate the same metal lever, so the problem is likely to be one of these attachment points. About 6:30 into the video below shows the metal part moving & how the handles operate it.
