Thanks for that, exactly the problem. Just pulled off the rubber boot and hey presto a broken wire ! Got out soldering iron, 10 mins and job done.

The drivers door window just suddenly stopped working last week, it's a '06 110. I tried the fuses and tried changing over the switch from the passenger side but no luck. Is there any common fault or do I just need to get out the circuit tester and start from scratch ? Are these wired through...
