Thanks for all the advice. We have finally found one that I think is going to be a goodun to start with. P reg 300 Tdi with no rot ( that I can see) underneath, Goes into all gears without clunking or grinding and the bodywork is quite straight. All this for £2500. Oh and its done 175000...
