Hat's off to supplier, top customer service. Picking up another tank assembly later today - don't even need the old one back. Warranty replacement. In the mean time - picked up a brand new genuine one off eBay (retail £513 +VAT) for £75. Happy days.

Mine doesn't have the guard fitted - I presume I can fit one, should I bother? What year/engine is your wagon buster? Where did you get your new tank from, did you replace the sender/gaskets etc? Cheers Mart

Morning All, Whilst having a look around the rear of my 1996 110, I noticed my fuel tank looked a little damp. I've attached three pics of the offending area. Also, the gunk on the seams does have a distinct diesel smell - MPG has gone up a little bit over the last month or so too. So...

Hi All, Just a quick question: what is the correct sealant to cure a leak where a 110 hardtop meets the body? Or can you just undo the hardtop and re-fix a bit tighter? It seems to be coming in on the passenger side about 300mm from the rear of the vehicle. Thanks in advance...
