Is it an oil warning light? If so change the oil pressure switch - not expensive and easy to replace. If that doesn't cure it take it to a specialist.

When you changed the fuel filter(s) did it prime OK? If not, try replacing the lift pump.

Where are you in France? As has been mentioned, ANYTHING to do with cars, not only Land Rover, is very expensive in France. I recently made a trip back to UK from Auvergne to get a replacement gearbox & transfer box - nearly £1000 cheaper.

WEBASCO are the factory fitted sunroofs on the early Disco (mine's a '97). If you have an after sales sunroof fitted by Landy dealers it will probably also be a WEBASCO but a different model. To identify your sunroof - if you need to replace the glass :) - look at the reference number on the...

Don't remove the cat, and don't blank off the EGR. It's a waste of time and effort. Change the lift pump, it will definitely make a difference if you have 140k on the clock.

It's the two bolts either side of the glass, they are not matching up on the new glass - mine are not standard fittings. Any help appreciated!

It's possible that just the switch on the transfer box need re-setting. The Diff selector should be engaged 'in gear' when the warning light is set up.
