Not had much chance to take my series 3 off road since I bought it a couple of years back, really want to give it a go this year! So just wondering if any one could tell me about any greenlanes/off roading in and around Shropshire, or if I could tag along with someone that would be good to :)...

I went down to my local battery specialists today and they recommended a lucas 68AH battery. It was £68 and comes with a three year guarantee. I don't think thats to bad, alot of batteries I had priced up were £100+ :p Hopefully it should be trouble free :)

The really cold weather we've had has finally seen off the battery on my Series 3, I'm having to charge it every day so it will have to go :(. Anyone any suggestions as to a decent replacement? Cheers

Thanks for all the advice, I've ordered a rebuild kit from Paddocks, seemed to be the only one I could get (Craddocks, L R Series etc.. all seemed to have the identical kit, Paddocks was the cheapest). Having said that L R Series have an original genuine kit but that was £125!!! I'll keep...
