Cheers, I'm going to do that, I found 2 slightly bent push rods too so somthing isn't right, The timing belt was done about 5k ago but it's not going to hurt to do it again.

Iv been away with work for a while but I finally had a chance to look at her today, turns out Iv snapped a push rod, the one closest to the bulkhead. I don't think it's caused any other damage, it's only a few quid for a new one so going to replace it tomorrow and hopefully that will sort it out.

Looking good mate, selling the house ehh, you'll have to make sure the new place has a massive garage for you to work in :) and nice neighbours. Iv finished with that pipe cutting tool, I'm next up home at the start of November so I'll give you a text then and bring it round.

Easily 10k+ rebuilding mine, plus whatever I paid for it 5years ago. I'm never selling it so I'm not bothered, I'll sell the mrs before I sell my defender :D

I got one a few weeks ago but i haven't got around to fiting it yet, I'm waiting until Iv fitted my wright off road matting system then I'm going to bolt it through that.
