Bump...... Any help or advice or info still wanted

Hi all I am wanting to plan out a conversion of my 1999 TD5 110 3 door Commercial to a 110 4 door double cab.... is there anyone with knowledge of parts that I would require to do this and of any things I should be aware of when doing this, help much appreciated :)

..... oh and it has recently been plugged into a diagnostic machine that said everything was ok save it needed a new air flow meter.... I fitted a second hand one and any lumpiness this had seemed to be a tad better :confused:

Wow head gasket :eek: ..... heater has struggled to blow hot air out although when the water level is right it is better.... the water in the exspansion tank seems clear no obvious oil etc.... cant say that I have noticed whether or not the hoses are hard or not but dont seem to be anything over...
