I have unplugged the window motors and still blows a fuse but and the window switches so it must just be a frayed wire somewhere

Hi everyone i am having a bit of a job with my 2003 discovery 2 windows the front drivers and passenger ones they keep blowing the fuse and now I cant even get a fuse in the holder and it blows it straight away even if there is no key in the ignition and it just won't let me put a fuse in before...
