I've had 3 bulbs in the last 12 months start flickering and then the LH headlamp fails. Xenon lights so not cheap bulbs. This time though both lights flickered just after turning on, then the left went out and will not come back on. I've tried swapping the bulb but nothing. Does this sound...

Thanks - found some stuff called Loctite Thread Repair glue stuff which i'm gonna try first - apparently you just the release stuff on the bolt, mix the other two together and paint them on the nut side, then screw the bolt in and leave for two hours. The problem with making the thread bigger...

Hi, Fitted an STC53047 Rear window guard to my freelander Mk3 2006 at the weekend. Went ok but managed to strip the thread from the middle of one of the door mounts. Does anyone have a spare bracket? / know if I can buy just the fitting kit / know how I could fix it as the bolt virtually now...
