Thanks for the reply. We tried this, but alas no luck. Managed to get it fixed last night though. I removed the interior panel, and unbolted the lock mehanism (using a Torx bit). I tried to gently open the lock, and when this failed, I destroyed the casing so I could reach the inner mechanism...
