thanks for your reply i bled the brakes through tonight but they still feel a little weak also the when i tested to see if the abs worked it made a strange noise so think i better get it pressure bled as you suggested. thank you

right then i have changed the abs unit and need too bleed the brakes. do i just bleed them as usual form the brake bleed nipple, passenger front driver front passenger rear driver rear and roughly how much should it take to fill as the haynes doesnt say :confused:

hi all i woke up on sat morning an my brake fluid had emptied on to my drive. it seems to be coming from the drivers side wing inside the bonnet where the abs unit is. do these units fail or is it likley to be a pipe. ive had a look at the pipes and they all seem ok. any advice would be...

no its for when you remove the hard top on a freelander and your out an about it starts to rain you put this on instead of the hard top and you can still drive around.

i meant the type that just fits over where the hard top has been remove you can even drive with these on

well its still squeeking not as much, so it must be a bearing around the belt will have to investigate more.

well thanks for all your advice i have took it to the garage and he reckons its the belt making the noise. so i am getting it changed, also two track rod ends, offside cv joint, and tracking for £200. this good or bad?
