HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

Sounds about right. My mate around the corner from here has 2.5 acres with canal side. CRT flat refused to give him mooring rights at first, until he pointed out that the deeds showed him owning the steel bank and that he was going to have to start charging CRT for the rental of them. They soon...

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

CRT chased me for not moving far enough when I was constant cruising, myself and lots of others. They wouldn't quantify how far is far enough though. Then they lost a court case and had to give a quantifiable distance to the court. They came up with 20 miles of network over the 12 month licence...

the original D2 boys club page on FB was hijacked by dickheads. the new page was opened and those non dickhead members such as myself and most others were invited over. its a good informative source and worth a look. regarding the spread sheet, nothing ventured nothing gained eh!

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

The land where my moorings are was sold by the farmer back in the early 90s to developers on the proviso that he could stay there until he popped his clogs. he's 93 now and so could easily go anytime or even last another 10 yrs, either way my mooring could well be on borrowed time as the...

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

Cool fellow Andy! Lol! I've been very fortunate with my mooring. My dad's getting a bit rickety with age and I needed to be fairly close in case my mom needs help if he's fallen over etc. I managed to get a mooring as physically close to them as the canal gets, I'm just across the lane and one...

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

I love my boat, I can't imagine not living on it! It's a world away from so called normal life isn't it! I was bridge hopping for a good while but had to find a secure mooring in the end though so I can park my van full of tools and my disco safely. Only drawback i could seeto the constant...

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

I just rely on my phone data package for my Internet, it's normally a good 4G signal at my mooring but not today as luck would have it. I've got the EKA code accepted now, bit of wd40 in the lock made the difference as I don't think it the lock was quite coming back to centre from the locked...

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

Cheers Neilly. I'll have a look later when I've got better data signal in my phone, oh the joys of living in a boat. My hawkeye seems to be communicating as it's read and cleared the DTCS. Also it registers that I've pressed the button in the fob (plipper) when I'm in the transmitter section...

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

After posting the above I saw at the bottom of the page an ad for a company called dynachip who will remove the immobilser from my ECU if I send it up to them for £225. Has anyone tried this, is it worth contemplating considering how landrover are currently getting stolen?

HELP!!!!!!!! its the dreaded D2 immobiliser.

Hi people. I've got a 2000 D2, I only bought it a couple of weeks ago and last week I changed the radiator. When I reconnected the battery the key fob, of which I've only got one, stopped working and I can't turn the immobiliser off. Initially when I disconnected and then reconnected the...
