I absolutely love mine, will soon be deleting silencer too, its a deep roar which hits the most under load at 1600 revs for me, with a little turbo whistle as well, mines been remapped too not sure how much that afffects sound but I think the decat makes it sound like it should, but not overly...

Had them on my td5 when I bought it and still got em on the rear, not got anything to compare them to but they're doing fine and I've done a lot of messy off road in them too and they've been great :) will tide me over till I get a/t's This was their limit :P

New Hawkeye total is unlocked for all land rovers if that makes a difference to you, I have a hawkeye, again does what is needed but settled instead of nano because of money and bought second hand 150 quid

How much rust converter did you use? The rejel kits only come with one 400ml aerosol is that enough? I already painted the rear 1/4 in converter paint as it cant wait until summer

doing 55-60 following trucks 20 miles down the motorway the needle doesn't wanna move, 80 litres of Nitro Dies will take me round 600 miles i reckon quite comfortably, but i never fill up! 20 litres does me for nearly a week usually :) i used to go 600 miles on 35 litres in my fiesta :D

Same here! Had some terrible traffic and a few fast runs down the motorway carrying loads and averaging 35 mpg out the td5, reckon on a gooden driving super eco I squeeze 40 at a push

@Adrian Flux what are the likely rates for younger landy owners, I'm not long 20 years old with 3 years NC's and running over £800, that's my previous insurer who probably insure 1 landy being a younger policy, never got round to trying AF :)

Didn't get time to read em, but one that's come up once a month or so is "left front air gap too large", was probably the same, very occasionally doesn't like a knock, What ya mean abusing? Oops!

There's also a chance there's not actually a full on fault, if a code is thrown up they will light up but might not need a fix, just noting down and clearing, this happened to me 3 times yesterday due to harsh greenlaning, I take a Hawkeye diagnostic everywhere I go to keep my dash lights off...
