Sorry when I said the job was done that was just getting the bushes into the arms. Have just finished putting everything back together. I'm also doing a couple of other jobs, so probably won't be driving it for a few days. Will feed back when I do.

Well the job is done. Had them pressed in by local indy. One upshot is I no longer have the tool the indy does (they had lost their tool), so if in S Wales HBH Land Rover just north of Cardiff have the ability to fit these bushes. PS chatting to them they refuse to fit poly bushes as the ride...

I was thinking of a small fee to cover postage mainly. But I doubt I will keep it as not something I am likely to have to replace again so will probably sell it on. I don't have diagnostic equipment I can use on other peoples RRs, but I have for other cars and have helped out quite few people...

I have taken the plunge and ordered the special tool. Just need a friendly garage with a press and job done. Will then sell the tool to recoup some of its cost. Or maybe if there was some demand I could hire it out for a small fee;)

I have hunted eBay and other than a genuine tool being sold from Germany for £140 delivered, I can find nothing. Do you have a link to the tool you are referring to?
