its leaking from the diaphragm inside and the fuel is running out the suction hole underneath. im going to try and ask around today, locally I have seen 3 or 4 around that are just sat there rotting so I may be able to get one off of one of those but most are just sat in fields or old barns in...

No not yet good suggestions guys. Bearing in mind I have to get there and back on monday and get it to the test centre before it shuts. So that could be a challenge as I would imagine they only operate mon-fri 9-5

not sure but we have a Unipart down here and ses but im out of luck with them so I doubt anywhere else would have one unless someone is breaking one somewhere.

Mine Is solid all round now. I sprayed mine on the my drive so its not a professional finish but it ok . Will you use 2k?

I have spent every second of my spare time on it. A few of the bits I have done in the last 2 months all fitted myself with a hand here or there, bulk head welded, full respray using 2k, new brakes and discs all round, defender 200 tdi engine upgrade, 3 inch lift kit, new wheel bearings all...

It did not come with any protection on it and it has been sat in my friends shed for 5 years so its bound to have a bit. Its only surface rust tho I will sand down on my next day off and wax oil. Its all been a bit of a rush to get it through its mot within ten days.

Did this today as it failed its mot!! Did it all in one morning!!

Fitted defender 200tdi!!

This was the other side no filler was used in either side. They both came out the same pretty spot on!
