I think i will be making some in the near future but i need to make them adjustable as i know Land rover's are not all the same and for me to make something to sell and it not fit just isnt going to happen. Also there is a fair bit of work in them.

Mine was like that under the filler that someone had spread over it which lead me to believe it was going to be an easy repair. The only problem is with repairing it is you will probably never get all the rust out so it will reappear that's why i went down the 2 year old rust free Puma bulkhead...

I can recommend the 50 amp r tech plasma,it is 230v but does need a 32 amp supply, i was going to get their 30 amp one which for £400 i didn't think was bad. The warranty on the r tech stuff is supposed to be spot on as well that was the other reason i went with their brand.

I can't believe the corrosion on the axles, my chassis was fooked but the axles and brakes were in pretty good shape to the point of every bolt undid and came out without persuasion. Keep up the good work though.

Mine is 922mm all the way up. But i don't know if the door fit's as i havn't tried it yet. :rolleyes:
