Coolant system pressure "vs" gagging at high rotation

Here goes a photo from the water pump. The blades were completely rusted away. I just hope the overheating didn’t damage the head gasket! I will keep you informed. Frederico

Coolant system pressure "vs" gagging at high rotation

Hello, Some time ago, when I was driving my 2000 110 TD5 SW, with 180.000 KM, for a few instants it suddenly lost power. It happened a second time and this time I was able to see the temperature gauge going, momentarily, to the red. When I stopped I found out there was, more or less, 1...

Leaking water from the back of the cylinder head

Thanks. I’ll definitely go for the plug change. Can it be done without removing the head? What kind of sealant must be applied to the new plug? Regards Frederico

Leaking water from the back of the cylinder head

Hello to all, This is probably covered in the forum but I simply can’t find it. My 110 TD5, with 180.000 KM, is leaking water from the back of the cylinder head. I’ve took some photos just to illustrate, and from the parts catalogue I can see it’s the Plug Core – 37D2260L. The...

Rubber/seal that goes between the bulkhead and the lower dash

After the help from Nick from Dunsfold the part number should be ETD102970, in this case for a LHD TD5, for the RHD TD5 it should be ETD102960. Unfortunately the parts catalogue has no pictures of it and they are no longer available from Land Rover. Many thanks for all the help...

Rubber/seal that goes between the bulkhead and the lower dash

Timtheenchanteruk, It’s a simply hard rubber, but in my case, I think because of the heat, it’s completely damaged and following into peaces! Bluehaze, Sorry for using your photo without the right credits! Where did you get the seal/rubber I’m looking for? Frederico
