Anyone know where I can get a soft dock for a Bradbury hitch? There are plenty for the pressed steel variety but none for the cast type that I can see. Failing that has anyone any good ideas to protect my rear X member from damage from the hitch?

I had to remove my turbo and replace some parts. I put it all back together and I have a pipe missing which should go on the turbo t piece. One pipe goes to the wastegate actuator but where does the other go to? I thought it went to the diesel pump but can't find it therre either! I remember...

I couldn't see mine either, but as I have taken off the manifold and turbo together due to a broken linkage I can set it up while I can see it so I need to get it right the first time otherwise I'll need to be a Houdini with eyes on the end of antenae!

I need to set up the wastegate on my 300tdi and I can't find any setting guides for the actuator rod. Does it require a preload, Or does the actuator rod just slip on the spindle with engine off? I may be blind, but I can't find anything in the WSM for this. Any ideas? TIA.

Thanks for that. I haven't a clue what they cost yet as I only took it out Saturday afternoon and everywhere was shut. If they are costly to buy it may be worth drilling it out. I can always arrange courier from my end. If you could give me a price as you probably know more than me, I can do...

The wastegate pin on my 300tdi defender has snapped off rom the lever in the exhaust manifold. Has anyone tried a repair? I can't find anywhere where it states it can be replaced. At the moment it looks like a new manifold.

My code has a 0 in it. How does that work?

Oh and btw, If emissions are the problem how the heck does that affect the bodywork? Just change the engine! Just a lame excuse.

I have some bought a couple of electric horns for my Defender. My question is, can I us the existing wire to the old horn and wire up the two splicing into the old wiring or do I need to bypass it and install a new wire and relay etc due to the increased resistance?
