those calipers are 0ff a 200tdi as 300tdi disco only has one brake line to the caliper. you might need to take the hoses to a hydrolic place to match up the threads. i'm making up a line for my oil pressure gauge and it uses npt thread aswell as others lol. might be easier to sell or swap those...
