Logically just use existing pipes and blank one port by fitting a bleed nipple?

There was a thread recently about someone asking if a complete disco front axle would fit a defender and someone replied that it would but something would have to be done to the calipers as the disco had two hoses whereas the defender had one. I can't for the life of me remember what he suggested but it was a very recent thread so should be easy to find

Yeah pete found that the drivers one is only pushin out 1of the 4 pistons and passenger side is pushin only 2 and i cant get them to budge to fix them so got these what size tee will i need are all the pipe fixings all the same size.
Errrr not good on sizes sorry, could take pipes to motor factors and see if they can supply tee piece.
If you can get fittings to screw on then bring them over and you can make something to fit with my flare tool and a bit of pipe.

those calipers are 0ff a 200tdi as 300tdi disco only has one brake line to the caliper. you might need to take the hoses to a hydrolic place to match up the threads. i'm making up a line for my oil pressure gauge and it uses npt thread aswell as others lol. might be easier to sell or swap those calipers for a single line unit, not sure wether it will work having one line pushing into two. it should do but you never know
