Hello, Is there a thread on this site detailing with pictures how to change seals on a steering pump for a disco1 200 tdi? If so could somebody plese send me a link as im having trouble finding the right information, I have two pumps that leak so if i could repair both i'll have one ready to fit...

Use a magnet on the underside and be careful of too much underseal, if the floor does not look smooth then the chances are holes could be patched and hidden.

Hi, I put two defender bumpers on fleebay thinking there might be some interest....i was wrong , they sold for £0.99.....lol The gearbox i put on had some interest and i got £26 for that, at least i get some some space back.

Hello, Just thought i'd mention that i just picked up a disco and testing the battery with a tester the reading was 13.8 so the alternater must be ok, But when turning her over two days later she was very slow to respond.....so i would say that a case of DUFF battery.

Thats why it's worth asking questions on this site, The knowledge we share helps us all, we can use it to stop ourselves buying a load of ****e by bang the jungle drums to inform others.....:drum: Power to the 4x4 fratrrnity...:)
