Bluetooth OBD2 Scanning/ real time readings

Just looking for a OBD2 bluetooth scanner to link to a Ipad which could then display all the readings on the ECU in real time, a sort of virtual set of gauges mounted on the dash. I was looking at this http://www.obdlink.com/mxwf/ Says it is compatible with European OB2 vehicles, but...

    Morocco March 2016

Heh, just read this thread from the beginning, so many people say they will do the trip, either pull out of are never seen again. How many of us are going? My fat ass is still going. I know, or still assume are still going, MikeScooby, 110 SpacedHound, Disco Young'un, 110 3exWives , P38 So...

I know, got to make myself believe it will be finished at some point. Lucky that the wife likes it, doesn't like riding about in it though. Going to look at buying a Jeep Cherokee, an old one this weekend just for hauling logs and trash about, need something cheap to abuse. Already I've seen a...

Since buying it last year for £15k, it now stands me in at £31k, next year galv chassis, Puma doors and new interior and then it's finished.

I've spent around £3500 on it this year, and covered 500 miles in it since it returned from Morocco, just sits in the barn all covered up.

I have used Procomp before and never had any issues, I think it was the 1 ton of crap I hauled around Morocco that wore the shocks and bushes out, ironically I'm now going to fit a way better spring set up, even though this time I will not be carrying so much weight.

Your Procomps are gas, so are still probably in good shape, standard LR shocks are oil, gas shocks don't get as hot as oil ones. People kept telling me how good the Britpart Super Gaz shocks are so that is what I bought. I can spin my rubber bushes around by hand on the bottom of each rear shock.

    Morocco March 2016

Bought new rear springs and gas shocks plus some helper springs today, the Land Rover shocks I fitted last year on the rear have died, one is stiff, the other one has no rubber bushes left as its taken a real battering, never noticed until a few days ago, slightly annoying as they were from a LR...

    Is this a Defender seat?

The frame would have been modified most probably on to a Defender set of runners, quite common conversion, the only downside is you cannot remove the seat bases to get access to the battery or storage bin, and can make the seating position too high.

Changed my mind, I can't be bothered to go through all the hassle of preparing another truck to take to Morocco in March.

What can I get for £14k?

I've seen prices of later Td5's now overtaking TDCI Defenders as longs as they are clean, I buy Defenders on condition rather than a specific year. I find the Puma interior even more cramped, looks better though. The 6 speed ZF gear box, whilst being nicer to use than a R380, it's becoming...
