If your new to welding,a mig will be easier to learn with.Sick welders need a bit more practice,plus a mig is mutch easier for stop/start welding and spot welding.

I suppose if your doing a panel at a time,and not painting full time every day it's your choice to wear a mask or not.Personally,i would'nt breathe that stuff in.

A Better one gas/gasless,gas for indoor welding,gasless for welding outside.Best to get one with more ampage.

That's a good idea,if i had the space i would get an army landrover tent.They would make a sprey booth.PS dont forget,you'd need an extracter fan,and breathing equipment,more so if using 2pack.

I have to do my paintwork outside,down fall is the right weather.Idealy you want 17 degrees,little or no wind,and low humidity,we dont get many of those days.and better in the morning before it gets to warm,theres nowt worse than a big f off fly in the middle of your nice new panel.
