I feel for ya dude. But it is a bit of a risk. I keep on ald alloy and a part warn tyre on the back, but under a wheel cover. I think it looks ok, and wont be a major loss if nicked.

Quite a few nuts are 25Nm if i remember right, i.e water pump nuts/bolts. Does you'all just go by feel on these?? The average wrench does not go this low.
