My heater seems very efficient. It works so well I would have to say it has never even warranted a second thought. About the only thing working well at the moment.

My friend had a chassis that he was assured was in need of replacement. He's very good welder and refuses to be beaten with anything. He disregarded the need for new chassis. Bought new x members, outriggers, other bits and some sheet steel. Welded it all up...patched any chassis bits properly...

Thanks for tips...you meaning the actual welded footwell rather than the bolted plates on bottom of mine? The fottwell areas seem OK but if need be I will just cut them out. Oh heresba question.???...my rear cross member has 2 welded brackets that the hi cap tub attaches to. I notice one...

You will maybe notice some of the welding isn't super pretty...again, don't be put off its actually very good...think built for a purpose rather than visual appeal.

GOOD! Payback to all the buggers responsible for dozens of dents on my vehicles over the years! Seriously though...measuring up they don't actually protrude as far as my wheels do (big wheels and tyres). I put extended arches on and front tyres still peek out a bit...back are OK as Hi cap tub...

As photo shows they have pride of place in hallway...wife seemed in agony when she stubbed her toe on them so pleasing to know they are nice and solid. You have to take pleasure in the little things in life;)

Yeah well I prefer 110 myself...simply for everyday space if nothing else. Was always in frustrated with the 90 rear load space. Although love em both!

Everything's worn!!! And bolts are going to need cut off. Yeah bracket must have broken off

Must admit I've never found much difference apart from turning circle. Driving my hi cap on and off road every day...constantly puling something 100% of time and in all manner of extremely tight spots every day. Have no big issues at all.
