Thanks for pointing me in that direction, I think it might be a 'get round to it' job. I have looked at a couple of other posts now & will be having a go at the simplest most obvious things to tweek. Input was appreciated.

I agree that it is not too big an issue & I have had the issue for years, looks like a common problem. I was hoping there might be a common solution. It does not seem to follow any pattern related to the weather, which would seem probable if it is just damp.
