solved the problem with mine, sold it for a tenner to another p38 owner

a mate who lives in the countryside had a 3' post sunk in concrete, with a very small, thick ring on top, then a heavy chain through another ring bolted/welded to rear of defender, when locked up, it cant be seen, also has switch to isolate electrics, after 2 lr's stolen, they have tried...

mine is black...... to change colour...... i find a nice big mud hole..... instant s**t brown....... lol.

steve, next time i'm in italy, i'll pick up some hi power headlight bulbs, i have them in my p38, they work!!!, and not expensive, (10-12 euro), let me know if you want some, let you know when i got them. S.

one of the problems with fitting higher wattage light bulbs, over time the extra power consumption cooks the copper causing higher resistance, this can cause fuze's blowing, and could cause loom melting, worst case..... a fire, go for LED's, the work well, and dont drain the battery out when...

99/4.6 hse, hi guys, when on uphill on m/way at 70mph+, the engine feels like is not getting enough fuel, so speed drops off, putting the pedal down makes it worse, level out, it's ok again. any ideas??????? thanx

the air bags on my daf truck has the same traits, and my p38 reacts much the same, unless the problem is extreme, let it be,
