25litre should run a spray gun, you may have to stop a bit more for the tank to recharge but it should work.

Do it yourself mate - unless you're after a pro / concours job. DA it back so you get a decent surface for the new paint to key to, if you have a compressor and spray gun get some black paint, mix with some thinners so it goes through the gun properly and do it yourself. Not hard to do, just...

What he says. Plus gas for penetrating, no question and GT85 as a lube / protecting the engine casing and ally parts on my bike. It also smells luvverly :D

Oil will be fine mate, just takes longer to thin down as takes longer to get warm. As I say above, should ALWAYS let it run before putting under any load no matter what time of year.

I ALWAYS let an engine run when starting from cold no matter what time of year - car, bike or Defender. Summer at least two minutes, winter often a fair bit more. Should always get all oilways and components fully lubricated before putting any engine under any load I was always taught.
