I would look here VWP - multiconnectors at the waterproof ones and then all you need to do is remove the original ones and solder the new ones.. This is a GREAT company I have used for many years and always really helpful and fast with their orders :-)

Hi Can anyone point me in the direction of a new radio / CD head unit with the remote CD changer unit which are still available to buy ? Everyone seems to be just offering head units with USB inputs but I like the CD's in the boot idea better :-) cheers

Hi Wammers The ones in RED were for vehicle height at 830mm ORIGINAL and locked into the EAS what I have measured for the same height is 112 118 115 116 which are withing your range settings and these are the figures I have tried to upload but it reverts back to to the old ones ??

Is there a special way to disconnect the laptop ? I just stop the communication with the EAS and RS software then unplug the cable (always worked before and not caused problems but admit this is the 1st time I have loaded level values ?) or you didn't get the connections in foot well fully...

Hi Guys Well back in rainy drizzling Ireland and trying to fix this EAS :confused: Thanks to Wammers and Datatek for the advice so far and led me to the probable cause of my issues the plug and socket in the footwell kick panel was damp and has verdigree hence a clean up and things looked to...

I can see the logic here :D however sometimes one just has to bite the bullet and get divorced !! in the long run its cheaper ;)

OK Guys please don't jump on me and try to be gentle :rolleyes: I bought 2 of the replacement (admittedly not OEM) plastic fob replacement cases to repair my ageing 2001 RR ones. I got the original one apart with the help of a junior hacksaw (it was totally glued together maybe by PO ?) and...

Found a PDF version for the RR P38 (it's 19Mb) but seems to work fine look here it will maybe load with a blank page and then ask you what you want to so save or open etc :D hope this helps I'm still getting it on disc though from a senior member here just in case :D:rolleyes:
