    Defender wiper arms

Does anyone here know if stainless steel wiper arms (and blades) are available for a Defender? I’ve spent most of the last couple of days searching the net to no avail. I’ve emailed some of the main LR parts suppliers and have drawn a blank, no one seems to know if you can get them or not. Any...

    Can't decide!

As above...looks better with them on, protects the sills and keeps the missus happy, job done!

Head lining. Mould and additional light.

We use this, Homebase/B&Q sell it as well. It brings the inside of our boat up a treat after the winter layup. Best stuff we've ever found for dealing with mildew/mould.

    Bulkhead hinges

Thanks for the input and answering my question, most appreciated. I've ordered some stainless fittings from oX. To be honest they're costing a bloody fortune but I love me Landy as does me missus so I guess shiny happy hinges is for us, 'tis all a matter of subjectivity I guess?. Cheers again.

    Bulkhead hinges

Hi, I'm looking to change the bulkhead/windscreen hinges on my '92 Defender 200Tdi for the solid bulkhead bracket type. Can someone tell me if these are a straight swap? Thinking of going stainless with em... Anyone had any issues doing this? Cheers

Help needed for very good friend with a 90....

Highlanes in Perranporth, down the coast about 60 miles from Bude. I've used them, good and reasonable. Checked over my 90 before I bought privately and didn't even charge me. They do rebuilds and chassis replacement etc... http://highlanesgarage.co.uk/

Advice re top end oil leak and smoke from oil filler

Thanks both. The injector was knackered. New nozzle and calibrated, 100 quid so all in all the whole job cost me £150...very pleased.

Advice re top end oil leak and smoke from oil filler

Job done and all running smoothly again. Just one last question...The head gasket is a new multi layered metal type and is certainly different to the knackered one that came off. Is it necessary to retorque the head bolts after a run in period?

Advice re top end oil leak and smoke from oil filler

Just another quick one...the injector in 4 is fully stuck and carboned up, probably a result of the blown gasket I'm sure. A spanner won't touch it at all. I haven't got a slide hammer atm so is there another way of removing it without doing any damage? The reason I want it out is to have them...
