i doubt you'd be able to get the old break lines off without damaging them. i know i couldn't, you'd almost have to replace during a chassis swap. fuel lines may be ok. if i was doing a rolling restorations my preferred way if i had the space and the cash would be to get seconds of major...

on that recent s1 restoration show they did the chassiss in green. it was apparently a really good restoration, so may be correct

by airbox do you mean the heater blower? if so is it working? and how much for blower and matrix (is it matrix alone or with the black box?)

i could lift mine easily once it was freed from the fixings and i had taken the galv cappings off, its just very large and cumbersome. with cappings and other bits attached it wasn't so easy. I moved mine back and forth and refitted without that many problems on my own when i was painting
