What did you do with your Range Rover today

Oh I know that but I plan on sealing all up at the same time I just can’t see to point in pulling it all apart to seal then have to pull apart again in a weeks time just to fit the filter. I believe it is mainly clogged drains as there is no filter and then the excess water is getting in the...

Picked up industrial dehumidifier off my brother in law, so gonna chuck that on in a bit to help soak up all that water in the footwells, annoying I can’t get the plenum air foam till late next week so seems a bit pointless to pull apart the front end to seal up and then have to do it all again...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

When I had a Jag F-Pace for a courtesy when someone reversed into my x-trail and it was in for repair that was twin turbo'd and I never felt the second one kick in presumably since its already boosting on the one the engine isn't exactly struggling so I reckon it's not going to really feel like...

Got the cruise control pedal switch thing to seat back in place fully now, also extended it all the way out and let it ratchet itself into position hopefully this will help the CC from swimming about when set.

It certainly does, especially when its none working clutter at the minute as there are a few wires that still need connecting back up. @kermit_rr did label the lpg ecu side plus i've got a wiring diagram but I for the life of me cannot find where the cables they go to are actually coming out so...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Replaced the bits of hoses and two new Barb fittings hopefully that will sort it with any luck. Might need to grab two more clamps for the barn ends just to be sure, waiting for it too cool down now to check the fluid level and give a top up if necessary as hopefully got any air lock out of the...

Well took her down the local place that make up hoses and want not for racing applications and come away £30 lighter as they were able to figure out what two new barbs I need a couple of clamps and a metre of some good hose. Really helpful chaps to be honest and they like cash too making it...

Still seem to have the coolant leak, not sure if its just weeping out the end due to not getting a good seal or if if there is a pinhole/split on the under side. I assume its just going onto a barb on the brass y peice and probably just straight onto the metal pipes. Not to sure about the brass...

    P38A 4.6 ulez

After reading through the charging order I would say you wouldn't pass, while they do mention compression ignition engines technically both petrol and diesel are compression its just with petrol the compression is gained via spark and diesel particulates are entirely different from nOX which I...

Right gentlemen maybe I'm being dumb bout should there be something attached to the hole on the sump? Also does this abs sensor look pushed in fully to you guys? I know Kermit thinks its a split reluctor ring and thats why occasionally the TC will kick in at basically full lock to the right...

    Waxoyl or Lanoguard

You are a bunch of rotters, poor Mark, his car had just watched an old episode of top gear where they try to cross the channel on the car boats and his car wanted to try is all. Solihull forgot to upload the swimming lessons is all.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

To be honest I couldn’t tell you, I’ve only had this car for a few weeks now and this is the first time I expericianced it. To be fair the steering does grab a little more than I reckon it should when going over pot holes or a bump so I reckon the steering damper could do with being replaced...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Noticed a death wobble earlier when I was picking my uncle back up from the hospital when I hit 85, while likely to never do that speed normally still not good so thinking of replacing the steering damper first to see how it goes. Was thinking of going for one of the Terrafirma ones and can pick...

P38A How to disassemble wing mirror to spray paint

In regards to wiring in theory there would be 4 wires, two would be heated mirror which I believe all had as standard though I could be wrong and the other two which likely would be the green and black would be for the electrocromatic function where when the rearview mirror darkens when...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Hey given that it was quite literally round the corner it moved to when I checked I don't think it did actually leak any out of the top ha ha. Though too early to tell but after driving it earlier level seemed good and couldn't feel anything wet around those hoses so fingers crossed...

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Multimeter read 12.6 on the battery when I went out to it earlier which wasn’t bad since I’d only ran it for about 30 seconds because of the smoke. Tighten up every hose clamp I could get my hands on while I was there including the blue hoses to see if it makes a difference and topped back up on...
