Had to pull a van that was stuck in the mud in the village green. There's not many times I wish I had a low box, most things you can't get over with momentum or carefull clutch control when green laning but I definatly wanted a lower gear last night
I got a reverse bleeder from tool station, also sold and screwfix. It used the pressure out of my spare wheel as I don't have a conpressor at home.
It did the job and it was £15
How comes you selling it? I've been after one for ages but I need to buy a new head before I buy a parcel shelf just to hide my tools. Wrong colour for me aswell
Should have lots of interest. I don't know is zdomz wanted a black one?
A question of funds at the moment. The head is off but I had to buy a new tempary car and a few things popped up and got in the way. I know of a head locally but it's not cheap or pay another £50 and get a complete engine from elsewhere. But I don't need another engine!
Fitted my h&r wheel spacers to the wife's hse. Showed the wife and 6 year old daughter how to change front pads and disks. The little one likes helping me and getting her hands dirty and apart from strength issues is actually quite helpfull
I agree with you too simon. With both the rusty tacked together spacers and the recycled disks. Why mess like that with the most important parts of your car. Tyres, brakes, steering and suspension are all things you just shouldn't be tight on!
I used to get late 30's to early 40's in my l series. Never tweaked the pump though.
It was on my list of things to do untill my cambelt tweaked my engine
