Hi, i have bought some time ago now a reconned 2.5 (looks like ex millitary ), i was told it was a runner but didn't have the flexible fuel pipes on it, the ones that go from lift pump to filter and from filter to injection pump, also the return to tank fitting, any body know where i can get them.

Its petrol now was diesel, and i think they are the origanal springs, its so bouncy its allmost undriveable

Just about finished my series 2a station wagon 12 seater resto, and took it out for a short trial run the other day and found the front end is bouncing up and down, so checked the new ****part shocks, and found them to have no resistance at all, so they went in the bin, got some monroe shocks...

A friend offered me a tip today, don't know weather any of you have heard it but he puts about two egg cups of two stroke oil in with about £40 worth of diesel and says it does quieten engines, it also cleans injectors, i have yet to try it
