Did you check how much boost you are getting? I have a similar issue and although I can't trace a boost leak I get 1.6bars before and 1.3bars after the intercooler. In your case with the wastegate actuator at 13 threads you will get a very low boost if you do have a leak.

Do you have a lift? Some people reported issues with standard TF shocks and air. The extended length is too short and the shocks are topping up (knocking noise).

Are D1 and D2 seats interchangeable?

The tires do look small in the picture. With the 2" lift I guess a 265/75r16 will look better (or 235/85r16, same diameter)
