Was less than a mile and is all on sleepy rural roads. I had considered doing it the other way around and driving the “chassis cab” down to it, couple of bolts to “secure” and then driving it back.

UA productive day. Bit there’s no going back now. I just hope this was a good idea! The moving it on a sankey was Definitly a little top heavy. That might not have been the best idea but it did the job and wasn’t going very far.

Same here. The issue is the worst angle is nose high. And that is how I need to park on the driveway!

Many thanks to @bluedog333. I have now fitted and soundproofed mine along with the seat brackets. Now need to order the seatbelt mounting bolts and see if I can find the seatbelt I thought I had.

internal under bonnet? maybe put some pics up of your problem? the ad looks like it is just a straight pipe into the engine bay to the connect pipework to?

What is the problem? the ad looks like it is for a snorkel fitted to the drivers (right) wing which is correct for every vehicle post 200tdi.

Many thanks. Nothing is on that top bolt just a bolt fitted to fill the hole? If that is the case I will not bother drilling the hole in the first place.

Update on this for anyone else who is searching. The second row door seals are now obsolete, the only option is to order RRC7575 which is for the front door and then modify to fit the second row.

They are not the same, have been out with a tape measure this morning. The front doors are 860mm wide, the second row door is 760mm wide so there must be a separate seal. Does anyone know the part number?

Can a anyone confirm if the seal between the door top and door bottom is the same for the front as it is for the second row? I know the early 110 ali tops use a different seal to the series door tops. I think the part number is RRC7575 but that seems to come up as a front door seal on some...

replaced the tub supports today, the job would have been a lot easier with two people but I managed on my own despite the snow! When I stripped the old ones off I realised I should have also replaced the top hats but I don't have time for that as need it ready to fit next week, these are not...
