Yes. You have a higher wading depth with the L322 than say a p38, so unless you are really going for it you should do well in the water. However, the Diffs have breathers and if you wade in them without protecting them then you may have to service the diff’s afterwards.

It looks easy, and in the right vehicle/tyres/weather conditions I am sure it is. However, when wet it can have some difficult sections for the wrong wheel base. You can do the audio via the stereo audio input jack in the rear, centre console between the front seats. You will need to charge with one of the cigarette lighter sockets and a usb adapter. If you have a modern iphone with no audio out then you need to buy an adapter, lightning port to usb...

Thanks Datatek. I went to look at the actual fault code this morning. Car looked to be at a good height so i tried to drive her. She instantly showed the right ride height, all faults disappeared and she drove like a dream. I dare not say that every thing is ok - but it feels ok, looks ok...

also - now I’m getting into my stride, and this is essential for every P38 owner so you probably already have it - good breakdown recovery memberships. Mine has come home on a recovery truck more times than i can count!

Also - pay close attention to the running order of your party. Obviously you don’t want to be at the front - however, you do want to be behind the best towing vehicle! And, although i’m sure you know this, but just in case, follow convoy rules which means every car is watching the one behind...

Also, as mentioned on another similar thread, your p38 is a bloody great green laning vehicle. I love mine for that purpose. However, it has terrible clearance, so when the Disco’s trundle through deep ruts, you are more likely to find yourself stuck with your diff’ either banging on some rock...

Replaced the entire EAS valve block - the whole box, block, pump and the box itself all in one go. Reduced the faults from about 20 - including all the sensors being incorrect, the exhaust valve being jammed open, and jammed shut, and some other valve jammed open - and shut - and the vehicle...

Hi all, I have bought some gear to plug into the diagnostics port on my 2.5D 2000y p38 - but i can’t find the bloody port. Looking in the passenger footwell to no avail - any guidance would be appreciated here. (Right hand drive model) Thanks Nick

I am very tempted. But just received one - so will try and fit that and see how good it is before committing to another wad of cash. Very tempted though. After all, it’s a p38 valve block and new pump, they always come in handy!
