Why spend half your money on a P38 (and the other half repairing it) when you can spend all your money on a good L322 and enjoy it!!

Splashed through a few big puddles on the way home from work tonite. Just finished fitting a new windscreen washer jet, got the new sat nav update dvd installed (2012 version) so now I won't be doing a bit of 'off-roading' on my way to and from work, and finally got my new webasto T91 fob...

Deffo go for the TD6 rather than the v8 petrol, if you are driving it a lot...unless you can get an lpg converted v8 that is (although they can be more expensive to purchase). The best ones are the 06 TDV8s, but they are obviously more expensive to buy and may be in the high road tax bracket...

+4..but time to buy some shares in Shell or BP! I would have liked a v8, but with the mileage I do I decided on the doosel. Enjoy!!

I was paying £350 p/a through Direct Line for my Disco 1 300TDi, then another £320 p/a for my Mondeo ST220 and £300 p/a for my Kwak ZX6R. Got 9 yrs NCB on the Disco, 9 yrs on the Mondy and 2 yrs on the Kwak. Just got the L322 54 reg TD6 Vogue to replace the Disco...Direct Line have not...

I've read the manual and gone on the Landrover website, the older L322s aren't compatible with a lot of newer phones because the Bluetooth software in the unit is an early version. I've tried pairing with old phones I've got and have got nowhere, so I've just got a CR-9 Phone Cradle and Sony...

You've also got to remember one important thing...a motor can have a full service history, loads of invoices, etc., but if the owner(s) have ragged the hell out of it there's no way of knowing...until it falls apart!! Unfortunately, even with all the combined experience, etc., you still...
