If you have the touchscreen satnav,it's possible that one of the units (nokia or TMC unit) are knackered. You could try disconnecting and bypassing the fibre optic cable connections on each unit in turn. There's a way to do it, not sure exactly how...I think a search will get you to there, but...

Nope, gotta disagree there. It's called getting an opinion and unbiased advice. If at first you don't get the correct answers, then ask, ask and ask again until you do.

Just a thought, but check any warranty very carefully...especially the small print!! There are a lot of exclusions that the warranties don't cover...and more often than not the main exclusion is the GEARBOX!!
