hi ive got a 51 plate td5 102000 on the clock. when unlocking with the key fob the drivers door does not unlock all other doors unlock , when locking the doors with the key fob all doors lock including the drivers door . any ideas please .many thanks.

hi i had ths problem with my td5 recently convinced it was the turb so i changed the turbo . still sqealled. found there were 3 exhaust manifold nuts missing replaced them bingo no more sqealling.

on my 2001 td5 i had the same problem. its a nylon knuckle type joint on the window regulator that breaks my mechanic mate who did it said its a common thing with the regulators on all cars he has done loads . he said dont f--k about trying to repair it get a new regulator' he fitted a new one...

i changed my airbags a week to ten days after noticing mine was dropping. the compressor wa s nackered. price of a new one was a lot of money. change the airbags as soon as you can.

i had the same problem with my air bags . the thing to watch out for is if the air bags are leaking the compressor works overtime to try and keep them up . i had to get a new compressor as well as the air bags. ouch. dear old job.
