hi there guys ive just changed the engine in my d1 for another one its all fitted and was turning over and but not firing now there is nothing at all all my elec was working and now there not its like its just died any idea's on what to check first thanks jonny

yeah i was thinking along them lines to be honest ive looked through the oil cap and can see the valves moving

its not pal its stressin me out just trying to diagnose it lol but thanks anyway

just checked now and theres plenty of back pressure coming from the exhaust but thanks for the advice

yeah theres oil in the sump still first thing i checked

no i didn't but there was no sings of overheating as the temp gauge was sat at normal no unsuspecting noises either

im in hull east Yorkshire

hi russ just to inform you ive gone through the fuel system and the lift pump is working as the filter is the stop solenoid is also working and the pump is putting fuel to the injectors so no problems with the fuel side of things but its still not starting it just turning over and not firing is...
