dont know how fat you are but im not sure you will fit through the hole, could prove tricky with a shooter in tow. they dont open fully i dont think.

hi guys, the experdition type roof rack ive found is on a discovery 1, but i have a discovery 2. are the the two cars the same dimentions roofwise?

hi guys, no problems for a few weeks so i suppose something was due. went for a short drive and when i arrived home the amber ace light was on. turned ignition off then back on, light was gone. levels ok. a little later went up the the road. pulled away from lghts and noticed the traction...

just enquired from paddocks how much to deliver one of their expedition roof racks. the rack is £795 and delivery £320. have to try harder to find something here but they are like rocking horse ****.

cheers sierra, i am currently on 120,000 miles. when i was reading the back of the can it was saying suitable for high mileage, aluminium (head or something), turbos and egr vehicles. i probably would have bought it if i hadnt already put the other in. just wanted to check for next time

done an oil change and used what it said in the book(5w 40 i think) $80 for 5 litres, but i noticed they had 15w 40 $54 for 10 litres. could i use this other oil in the future or is it no good for a td5 (discovery 2000 es) cheers guys

hi guys, just fitted new water pump, refilled with coolant, drove for a couple of miles and coolant ****ed out. it came from where the top hose meets the engine(sensor housing). anyway, bought some blue silicon gasket stuff and followed the instructons and rebonded this housing to the block (...

how much coolant does a td5 discovery need. i want to make sure i have enough antifreeze before i start on waterpump. cheers

hi sierrafery, new td5 waterpump, does it need a sealant on it or is it just tightened down onto the rubber o-rings, i have asked on the forum and it seems to be the latter. however, i rate your opinion highly and wanted to check. thanks again, Richard.
