Ok thanks for that it does knock if I let off throttle quickly but it is more of rumble as if something is vibrating against the body of the car.

Just been out in it now and it seems more of loud rumbling like something is vibrating against the body of the car. But if I press the clutch it disappears. Only does it under 1500 rpm

Would the subframe mounts be made worse by the vcu being fitted?

I will definitely check everything over again later today I've got another vcu and props here so if it doesn't work I'll try swapping them over

hi, hopefully someone on here can point me in the right direction. recently fitted new vcu bearings, all 3 diff mounts and re fitted vcu and props. think ive put it all together ok, but at low speed, theres like a rumbliing sound and it knocks a bit if i release the throttle quickly...

I asked on here a while back and ended up going for the milwaukee m18 It is an absolute beast! I've had it a few months now and havent found anything it can't undo Batteries last ages too Think I paid 260 for the lot wrench charger 2 batteries and case We'll worth the money

what was it like to get off mate? mine is rattling and plan to take it off soon, probably wont bother replacing it though all the other ones are missing haha

I thought the immobiliser cut the power to the starter and not the fuel pump?

Made a false floor for the boot as I've got a sub in the fish bowl and didn't want the dogs jumping all over it. On the lookout for a cheap dog guard now

Washed it and baby oiled all the plastics The bumper don't look the best so might try a heat gun on them next week

fitted a new alternator belt and tensioner after the bearing collapsed and shredded the belt :~)
