Just be totally sure he isnt going to just clone the existing key rather than make another one, its not a massive problem but I would say if you have two of one of the key numbers it will only let one be synchronized at the same time. Not a huge issue if you don't intend to use the two keys at...

They might have a common inlet filter? Not sure never looked. On our 1 series it was the front pump that was blocked the rear worked fine. Try popping a pipe of and putting some air back down it into the tank and see what happens.

Lovely.... one day maybe! As for your screen washer issue, if the pump runs and no juice then its probably a pipe but you would expect it to drop out of the car somewhere. I did know of someone with an L322 and the pipe had come of for the rear washers and it ended up leaking into the rear...

In order to look at the service menu, you first need to go into "set" which will probably only be available for a minute or two after startup. Once in the "set" menu hold down the Menu button for 10 seconds and it should enter service mode. HW version is listed on the top of the navigation...

Good news, I think I've found someone who can install the P38 firmware on my original P38 navigation drive thats now got L322 firmware on it... Ahh why do we bother?

The only blasphemy is that abortion of a badge on the back. :) However nice looking car, needs some different wheels but you are blessed with factory fit sports seats, gsm phone, glass sunroof (quite rare actually) most are steel and a CD changer look like that old girls options :)
